A Blessing to the People

Blessed are all who fear the Lord
who walk in obedience to him
You will eat the fruit of your labor;
blessings and prosperity will be yours
Your wife will be like a fruitful vine
within your house;
your children will be like olive shoots
around your table
Yes this will be the blessing
for the man that fears the Lord.
May the Lord bless you from Zion
may you see the prosperity of Jerusalem
all the days of your life
May you live to see your children's children-
peace be to Israel Psalm 128

In John 10:10 it says that "The enemy comes to steal, and to kill, and to destroy."  But the Bible says that it was Jesus that came to bring life more abundantly.  That means that Jesus came to bring peace, hope, good health, and wealth to those that believe in Him.  It does not say that we have to live a life of defeat and mediocrity.  The power has been granted through the Holy Spirit for us to achieve our goals.  As believers we have the ability to obtain these things in life.  Jesus did not die on the cross for us to have a life of sickness, depression, and lack.  The price that he paid covered more than just our sins.   We are meant to walk in a life that reflects what we believe.  God never intended for His people to suffer, and live a life that the enemy has prepared for us.  There is hope in the word of God, and I believe that God wants us to be free from the strong holds of the enemy.

The Bible tells us not to conform to the pattern of this world, but to transform and renew our minds.  That verse can be found in the book of Romans 12:2.  Today I am believing that I can continue to renew my mind.  The world that we live in can not offer me the joy and peace that I get from God.  My mind is renewed each time I read the word of God.  I pray that God will keep you in perfect peace, and that you will have the ultimate joy in your life.  Until next time may the Lord richly bless you with peace and prosperity.
