Many Blessings

This morning I sing, because I have many blessings.  Sometimes we tend to overlook the small things that God has done.  We can sometimes take for granted the very things that other people may be lacking.  My many blessings include my everyday needs. I may not have a mansion, but I have a roof over my head.  I may not drive a Bentley, but I have a vehicle to get around in.  I may not wear designer labels, but I have clothes on my back.  I may not eat at five star  restaurants   but there is food on the table.  I may not be what society says is beautiful, but I am made in the image of my Father.  I may not be where I need to be, but I thank God I am not where I used to be. I have health, strength, my beautiful babies, and family.  I have my life, opportunities, dreams, and most important above all I have my heavenly Father.  Abba Father God I love you and thank you for my many blessings.

Happy Holidays from All Inspired Ministries

For unto us a King is born in the city of Bethlehem. He lay in the manger next to his mother Mary. All have come to adore this sweet child by bringing him gifts. A star shining in the night symbolizing the birth of the Messiah. We honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for he is the reason for the season. Jesus Christ has given his life for us to be free. 2 Corinthians 8:9 says "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich; yet for your sake he became poor so that you through his poverty might become rich." Those that have not are rich through our Lord Jesus Christ. He, the Son of God did not have a place to lay his head. Luke 9:58 says "Foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests, but the Son of man has no place to lay his head." Jesus lived a simple life, and he was very open with the people. He was not conceited even though he knew that he was royalty. I love Jesus, because he gave himself for all mankind. He does ...

This Is More Than A Company It is Apart of My Ministry

Image
In the past few weeks I have been talking about my business, and what I want to offer women from all walks of life.  I have placed so much trust in God to help me make things happen, and I am confident that God will supply all the resources and provisions for this business to come to pass.  With every post I like to add a scripture that is very beneficial to what I am creating.  In the book of Habakkuk 2:2 it says "Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that the herald may run with it. " (New International Version) To me this is more than a business, it is a part of my ministry.  I have always felt the calling to help and encourage single mothers.  As a child I was a part of a single parent home, and I had seen first hand the things that my mother had to experience.  And now that I am a single mother of four, I have experienced the highs and lows of single motherhood. When I think of all the things that I want to bring to girls ...

The Value of Having Dreams and Goals.

Image
The year 2014 is going to be a really great year.  I am looking forward to all the great things that is going to happen in my life.  Many of you have heard me mention positive affirmations, determination, and motivation.  Well there is a word that is important, but it is a dream killer.  PROCRASTINATION will bury your dreams alive, and stop the process of progress.  This is just a thought.  We know that tomorrow may not be promised to us.  Why should you wait to make your dreams come true?  If you continue to wait for your dreams to come true, do you think that life will pass you by? If you allow the opinions of other people to mold your character, are you believing in yourself? If you are sitting around depressed, and worrying about life, are you trusting God? If you died today where will you spend eternity? Life is a very precious commodity, and I am grateful for the life that God has given to me. I want to do more than just exi...

My Life and My Calling

Image
I am so glad that I have chosen to go into business for myself.  When I first started this journey I had to pray for God's revelation.  I have been writing for over eighteen years, and always found it to be enjoyable experience.  Another thing in my life that I have found to be fulfilling is being a mother.  I think that this is the greatest role that God as given me.  I feel blessed and honored to be raising my children.  I am their first teacher, role model, and mentor.  Above all things I am a co creator of life.  I take great pride in teaching my children the Word of God, and helping them learn along their journey of life. Yesterday I was looking out of my living room window, and I heard a conversation that my daughter Hannah was having with a friend.  Apparently the friend was not being very nice to her mom, and I heard Hannah tell her about the scriptures that she is learning this week.  This week I am teaching from the scripture...

Jesus The Deliverer (HaPalat)

Image
Then Pilate took Jesus and had him flogged.  The soldiers twisted together a crown of thorns, and put it on his head.  They clothed him in a purple robe.  And went up to him again and again, saying "Hail King of the Jews!  And they slapped him in the face.  Once more Pilate came out and said, "Look, I am bringing him out to you to let you know that I find no basis in a charge against him.  When Jesus came out wearing the purple robe, Pilate said Look here is the man!  As soon as the chief priests and their officials saw him they shouted Crucify! Crucify! But Pilate answered "You take him and crucify him.  As for me I have no basis for a charge against him."  The Jewish leaders insisted, We have a law, and according to the law he must die, because he claimed to be the Son of Man. "  John 19:1-7 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that c...

Teaching Children To Give

Image
This week the children are on Spring Break, and that means that things are really busy around the house.  During this time of year we are at a half way mark for summer, and I am planning on homeschooling during the summer months.  Many will ask me "Do you like homeschooling during the summer?"  And I will always respond happily "Yes I love it!"  Summers are always full of opportunities for the children to learn.  One of the lessons that my children are learning about this week is how to give.  My children have been blessed with many good things.  I praise God for what he has done for me and my family.  He has been faithful in supplying all of my needs, and making sure that I have all the things that I need for my family. As a mommy I have always been keen on teaching my kids how to give without expecting anything in return.  This week they will be giving toys to charity for other children to enjoy.  I do not want them to be selfish, or...
