Behold All Things Are New

 Behold all things are new, and the seasons have changed.  New things are being created, and old things are passing away.  Sometimes we fail to embrace the new, because we are afraid of letting go of what is comfortable.  

Imagine standing in a field of flowers, and you want to skip and just enjoy the view.  You notice something on one flower, and decide the whole field is contaminated. You may miss the opportunity to admire the beauty of all the flowers.  

During this time of year all things are made new, and behold God is doing a new thing.  He is changing the season.  I’m my eyes Spring is beautiful.  It is fresh, clear, new, and it is a season of renewal.

Not only is God doing a new thing in the seasons, he is also doing a new thing in our lives.  He is healing brokenness, pain, diseases, and he is healing our sicknesses.  

My testimony I was once shattered into so many pieces , but God came , and placed me back together again.  The thing about the dark seasons is they do not last forever.  There is a great blessing in newness.  Behold God is doing a new thing for us. 

Scripture for this Monday 2 Corinthians 5:17 “ Wherefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature: the old things are passed away; behold, they are become new.

Praise the Lord for his love on today.  I pray that you have been fortified, and may create newness.  Until next time may God bless you with peace and prosperity.

Remembering My First Love

It has been a long time since I have written anything.  Being weighed down by distractions had me forget about my first love.  In the beginning God said "I place the barren woman in her home as a mother of children.". That is what he done for me.  I am another of four, and I have had the pleasure of watching them grow up.  Parenting adult ate very different, and the the lesson learned ate more in depth.  As mother's we transition from nursery rhymes to deep talks. For a moment I have found myself a little lost.  As the children have gotten older I can let go a little, and have more time to myself.  I have no more diapers days, and have a little extra time to breathe.  I'm still navigating the teen years for my youngest daughter, and we are managing her final year of high school.
