Never Lose Your Faith

 For as long as I could remember I have never given up on God.   I have had many hills that I have had to climb, and many rivers to cross along my journey.  I am blessed to say that the Lord has personally granted me to overcome every obstacle that has come in my life.  

There have been times that I wanted to give up.  There have been days that I have been broken into a thousand pieces.   People have tried to manipulate me into believing that I was the problem.  Along the way I have learned to look on the bright side of things.  I have always believed that God has special plans when we are downtrodden.  It's not a coincidence that we go through trials, a d the tribulations of life.   I am not so quick to blame the enemy all the time.  Some things are just the trials of life.  Some things we have control over,  but we have all control over the way we respond to our circumstances.   Okay you may fall apart about a job you have been praying about.  You missed out on your dream home in a particular part of town.  All things come in God's I perfect timing.   He has a divine plan for all things to take place.   His promises are made on a solid foundation.  His words will not return to him void,nor will his word become null, and void.  My Lo rd is trustworthy.   H e is a God of his word.  With him we should never lose hope.  I shall delight in the Lord forever.   Until next time may the Lord richly bless you with peace and prosperity.

The Many Faces of Motherhood

Wow the summer is a half mark, and fall is fast approaching.  Tge days of being by the pool sude, and sipping lemonade are quickly dwindling.  Last week I got an interesting email from one of my mentors.  In the email there was a message of living without regret.  That has had me thinking of taking a new direction in my ministry.  Motherhood is the basis of my ministry.  I have a strong focus, and passion to reach single mothers.  As a mother of three teenagers, and one active preteen I have gained a vast amount of knowledge on parenting.  As the week unfolds I will be featuring posts on motherhood, parenting, and topics pertaining to children.  I'm very excited about what God is doing in this season.  Below is an article that was written a few years ago.  I look forward to the newness of the week.  Enjoy and be blessed. THE LORD WILL NEVER FAIL

           In the world that we live in it is hard not to worry.  Every time you turn on the television, or pick up the newspaper something is always happening.  Some of us get a little anxious around bill time.  You may worry that the money will run out before all the bills are paid. The holiday season is in full swing, and the pressure to buy gifts is causing people to worry.  It is a true saying that giving is a blessing, but what if you do not have anything to give during the holiday season?  What about the families that can't afford to spend hundreds, or even thousands of dollars on gifts.  We all have moments in our lives where we have worried about something.  There have been moments in my life where I wondered how I was going to feed my children.  Looking back at those times I realize that God always made a way for me.  Even when I didn't know how to trust him.
