I believe that most of our freedom is in our minds and in our words that we speak.  The scripture says "The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit." Proverbs 18:21. NIV That means that we have the power, and the ability to bless, or curse our lives, future, and the lives of our loved ones. Knowing that I have this ability makes me feel empowered, and I do not take this ability for granted.  Today I speak life to any aspect of my life that is not in line with the will of Yah. I speak health over my children, and an abundance of love, knowledge, and happiness.  I speak life over my new job that the blessings of Yah be over all the people that will be working with me.  I speak life to every dead situation that may be surrounding me.  I speak life that all forms of procrastination, fears of failure, and being stagnant will die in the name of Jesus.  I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that the world will be restore...

This morning while I was taking my morning walk, I was in total awe of the things that God created in nature.  The sky was so blue, and the birds were chirping happily.  I almost forgot about all the chaos that is going on the in the world.  I was in such a peaceful state of mind.  A thought came across my mind, and I had such a burst of joy and good energy. I have to admit that I am blessed.  I may not have more than other people, but I thank the Most High for what I have in my present life.  I do not take things for granted, or take the things and people that I have in my present life for granted. Sometimes experience has a way of teaching me lessons that I will never forget.  While sitting here having my evening coffee, I can look back over my life to see how I have changed, and how I am continuing to evolve, or grow in every aspect of my life. I thank God that most things are not instantaneous, and have learned that patience, and perseverance are very relevant in most cases of my life.  I have been taking the time to study me, and do an evaluation on myself.  It has been a very powerful journey so far.  I am currently looking at the present, and had to examine my possible future.  I am very comfortable in my present life. My weight loss is going at a steady pace.  The pace reminds me of a long distance runner who has been trained to build his speed at a gradual pace.  My changes are happening, but I am achieving more than just weight loss.  I am learning to let time and patience have its perfect work in my life.  James 1:4 says "...

Shalom, Every Sunday my children and I spend the day learning from each other.  Out of all the things that I am able to do I am really blessed to be a mother.  I have the opportunities to teach my daughters how to do things like sew, cook, take care of the house, and still tech them how to be very smart and intellectual.  In fact today we are learning dress making, and have decided to open a business that will involve clothes, books, and art.  My job requires me to wear uniforms, and I will be making a majority of my uniforms for work this summer.  It is a great way to get the look that I love, and save on a budget. There is nothing in this world that can replace all of the joy that I have with my children.  I have a relationship with each one, and we have a bond that is very strong.  Motherhood is a calling, and I hold this position in high regard.  It is more than just raising four children.  I am raising leaders for the future. Shalom, I believe that our biggest enemy is not made up of flesh and blood, but is made up of principalities of darkness, and things that are unseen.  Many are being deceived, because they believe that our biggest enemy is an individual, or a given group of people.  Our beliefs can be based on the many ideologies that come from the minds of people.  Our thoughts can turn into ideas, and we put those ideas into action.  I do believe that the spirit , and the mind coincide closely together.  I believe in a higher power, but I also believe that God works through me as an individual, or works through us as a people.  Someone told me that no man knows if there is a heaven, or a hell unless he has tasted death.... just a thought of how other people perceive their own ideologies. Every now and again I come across stories that catch my eye, and I have to research and write about what I have read or watched.  Early this morning I was studying, and doing my research.  I had come across some videos, and articles that made me think a little harder about the world that we live in. I have just finished viewing some videos of a man that says its okay to rape women.  Not only did he say it was okay to rape women, but he said it was okay to rape young girls.  My first point is when is it okay to be a rapist, pedophile, or molester?  Now I know that people do things in the name of religion, and they try to justify their own agenda, and wrongdoing through the Holy books, but some things will just not be justified I don't care how you look at it. Because of such teachings, and the fact that these people are free, and in our communities makes me advocate the importance of protecting our children, in this case our young girls.   As a m...
