Virtuosity Inspired

  We all need to pray I have got some good things going for 2018.

As I look around my city I see the devastation that homelessness has caused.  I do not know why they are homeless, but I do see the need for compassion. On every street corner there are people holding signs that says they will work for food, or I need help.  Yes, I am aware of the people that has a "homeless hustle", but there are people that are really struggling. I have heard people refer to the homeless as bums, but do you really think that these people want to be in the streets.  I have never been homeless, but I have a need to serve the people of God.  That is why I am starting a clothes drive for homeless people. I had a conversation with a woman that had a need for food and clothes for her family.  She had spoken of the hurt of being rejected by a shelter... God's people are really hurting.  What can we do as a people to help our brothers and sisters? In upcoming posts I will mention what I am doing to help combat the problem.  Until next time may God r

My sweet precious mother, you are the pillars that hold up your family.  You labor with a hand of love, and your work hard to do the job that God has called you to do.  You are awakened each day with fire in your spirit, and the words of praise on your lips.  Each day has been planned carefully to meet the demands of the day.  Your children call you blessed, because you love them unconditionally.  They are blessed, because they have all your love, prayers, and protection to keep them safe.  You pray over your family, and do all you can to keep them safe and protected.  You honor the person that you have chosen to spend the rest of your life with, and you work hard to maintain a healthy relationship. It is a blessing to be a mother, and an honor to raise my children in the admonition of the Lord.  I am very proud that I have two beautiful daughters, and two handsome sons in my life.  I would like to give honor to all the mothers in the world.  For you are to be honored and commended f

This weekend I have been watching documentaries, movies, and looking at images of all the things that my ancestors went through during their journey here in America.  Most of them had no idea about the uncertainties that they had to face here in a new country.  Many of them were probably fearful, scared, and had  very muddled belief, but they had to take a walk on the wild side to see what the end of the journey would be.  There had to be an outcome somewhere.  There had to be an ending.  There had to be a finish line for their journey.  At some point there has to be an ending to every story.  Even a fairy take has an ending.  No matter happy. or sad there is an ending to the story. In this case we are talking about real life,  We are talking about a nation of people who had to struggle. and fight in their journey.  Some of these people have found their identities, while others continue to struggle to relate to something, but what are they trying to relate to?  I have seen many st
